Safety and security awareness firmly established

Everyone working at TenneT is responsible for safety, and all staff need to be fully aware of this. In order to focus as much attention on awareness as possible, all operational tasks relating to safety, security and health are the responsibility of the line management. This keeps lines of communication short. TenneT is also ensuring that new employees are informed more clearly about the importance of safety and security. An awareness programme for employees and managers will be introduced in 2009.
