Personnel and OrganisationManagement development programme gets under wayTenneT launched its first management development programme in 2008. The aim of this programme is to develop managerial skills. The programme, which meets TenneT's desire to further professionalize the organisation, is designed for two target groups: senior managers (employees who have already demonstrated that they can lead a team and want to enhance their skills in this area) and high potentials (young employees with several years' work experience). The programme for the latter group will kick off in 2009. It will also be expanded to include group heads and managers in 2009.
