Report by the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board has examined the annual report, the financial statements and the auditor's report issued by PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. We endorse these documents and have recommended that the General Meeting of Shareholders approve the financial statements.
The Supervisory Board recommends that the General Meeting of Shareholders release the Board of Management from liability in respect of its management and release the Supervisory Board from liability in respect of its supervision.
